“Etwas außerhalb von Modica auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof gibt es mehrere einzelne Ferienwohnungen. Wir bewohnten die Geräumigste mit großem, separaten Schlafzimmer und einem schönen neuen Bad mit großer Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile war sehr bequem und hatte viel Charme. Die Eigentümerin Giovanna begrüßte uns sehr herzlich und wir lernten auch sofort den freundlichen Dalmatiner Leo kennen, der neugierig aber niemals aufdringlich war. Zu den vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten muss man zwar……

“We stayed in July with a group of 32- friends and their teenage children. The villa is stunning, in a quiet rural location only minutes to the sea and Ragusa itself. The rooms were spacious and always cool, a perfect sanctuary from the heat. The pool and entertaining areas were perfect for gatherings and afternoon cocktails. Salvatore, Michael, Stella, Snoopy and the donkeys were all the most wonderful hosts, we couldn't recommend more highly. The villa catered for us most nights and it was……

The house is in a peaceful, secluded location, overlooking countryside to the coast, and (unlike many listings) the pool really is as big as it looks in the photos, and well maintained. The two bedrooms have comfortable beds and lockable doors, and the air conditioning is very efficient. The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the kitchen, which lacks an electric kettle, toaster or dishwasher, and the fact you can't put……

“Wir haben in dieser schicken Villa mit grandiosem Ausblick als Familie mit 10 Personen Urlaub gemacht. Wir wurden vom Vermieter überaus freundlich mit Willkommensessen und Wein empfangen. Auch alles andere war sehr gut vorhanden: Küchenausstattung, Poolhandtücher, Waschmaschine… Da es zu Ostern noch etwas kühl war, wurde für uns sofort gegen Abend die Heizung angestellt, der Whirlpool schön warm temperiert… So nett wurden wir noch nie empfangen.”
