“Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain……

“House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. ”

“Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house……

““Absolutely loved my stay at this cute Florida house in Sarasota! The host was lovely, kind, and so accommodating — made everything easy and stress-free. The home had everything I needed for a quick weekend trip (wish I could’ve stayed longer!). Adorable decor, nice neighborhood, and the surprisingly huge backyard with the pool was the cherry on top. “The house was amazing! It had everything we needed, even a big pot to boil crab legs!! Close to every store imagine and also to all kinds of beaches. The house had all beach supplies needed for adults and children, but the chairs are a little worn out. Plenty of towels, household items, and linens. There was 8 of us where our two little ones slept on the couches. The pool is so nice. Didnt go to the lake, but enjoyed the veiw.”
