“We were very happy with our stay at Hobogite. Lots of thoughtful care from our hosts Rob & Lene to provide everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Much appreciated!! It was extremely peaceful and the garden & grounds were gorgeous. We have booked again for next year which I think says it all. If I might be permitted to make a couple of small constructive criticisms. The key press was awkward to use, especially in the dark. We had eight or nine days of rain & therefore spent more……

“This house is exceptional. The outside area is particularly lovely, the pool a dream. We had everything we needed, spending evenings cooking in the kitchen room which overlooks the garden and pool area was relaxing and eating outdoors equally pleasant. Communication with the host was probably the best we have experienced after many stays across Europe, she was more than helpful. Nearby we made trips to Angoulême, Saintes, Royan ( a must for the architecture) and Niort. We can thoroughly……

“The farmhouse and cottage were perfect for accommodating our group of 11 people comfortably. The house was clean, spacious and nicely furnished with excellent cookware available to use. The pool is a perfect size and temperature for relaxing and playing. The games barn was enjoyed by the teenagers in our group. The Farmhouse is situated in a very small, quiet village but there are small towns a ten minute drive in either direction with large supermarkets, restaurants etc. I would definitely……

“Nous avons passé 1 semaine à 12 dans cette maison. Le séjour a été globalement très bon, même si certains points méritent d'être noté.Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur ainsi qu'à l'extérieur. La cour est très agréable, avec le panier de basket, les vélos. La piscine est a bonne température et plutôt grande. La cuisine est très grande avec pas mal d'équipements. La maison est à proximité d'un spot de canoë tres bien, ainsi que d'Angoulême qui est une très belle ville.À noter toutefois qu'il n'y a……

“Such a great house! Will definitely return when the pool is open! As described, very spacious, lots of outside space including pizza oven and bbq. Lots of covered outdoor space for all weathers. Gates close so perfect for dogs. Restaurants/bars/supermarkets only 5 minute drive. So peaceful and quiet and typically French 😊”

“The rooms were nice and the location is good, but for some reason the amenities says there is a hot tub even though there is not.”
