“Description states "beach access" .. nope sign reads crocodile in area. Not kayaking in that spot. Pool only to swim in. Beach area is not kept up. I wouldn't picnic in that area. Bad location The tiny home was well equipped and clean. So many windows the small space gets warm. A/c helps some. Love the tiny home , hate the dirty area. ”

The communication with us was wonderful, from pre check in to checking on us while we were there and asking how everything was after checkout. “Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay at this home in Key Largo. The home is beautifully renovated and sits within a very nice waterfront community. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the screened in porch with lots of wildlife sightings. The private beach was a great place to catch the sunrise or just relax. My only critique is that as a family, we do tend to cook quite a few of our meals while on vacation. If you plan to cook,……

“There is so much space in the unit. It overlooks the lagoon and you can sometimes see fish swimming by. It was convenient to have a golf cart. The place itself is quite lovely and very clean. It is a mile off of the main road so it is quiet. Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed in the unit. There are 3 different balconies facing two different directions. I’d stay again if I ever return to Key Largo. ”

“If you are lucky enough to find an opening for this house, just book it.The house and property are truly exceptional. Everything is thoughtfully labeled in the house, which is really handy when you just want to know what light switch turns on which light! The kitchen and bathrooms are VERY well stocked.The canal out back is very nice and my kids actually caught some cool fish out there. Manatees came to visit there are well. We loved the kayaks and paddle boards. The home is over 100 years old……
