“Les Valades is perfect for a holiday in this beautiful area of France. It is clean, quiet and has everything you need. The owners helped with bike hire before we arrived and easy to contact throughout if we needed them. The house is in a quiet area, overlooking fields where you spot deer, wild boar and birds of prey but is only a short drive to Issigeac (which is just wonderful) or Bergerac. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Les Valades.”

“This is a beautiful traditional style French house of the region. It is a bit rustic in places, but absolutely packed with charm and character. The location is amazing - what you see in the photos is exactly how it is. The river is a 60-second walk away with easy access in and out of the water. The village is pretty, quiet and within 10 minutes drive of a E.Leclere supermarket and the main road. The house is spacious, has bags of character, has a fabulous outdoor space with chairs, sun-loungers……

“Belle maison très bien équipée spacieuse avec beaucoup de charme. Quelques informations du site sont erronées : La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas sécurisée et à priori elle peut être partagée avec une autre location mitoyenne. Il y a deux chambres et non trois, le troisième couchage est un canapé convertible dans le salon. L'endroit est calme et à l'abri du voisinage”

“Charmant petit gîte, propret, bien équipé, idéal pour 2 adultes dans une région magnifique. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et soucieux de notre bien-être. Il répondait tout de suite à nos questions par texto. Quand il nous manquait quelque chose, il nous l'apportait rapidement. Il nous a bien gâtés (viennoiseries, vins, pâté, confiture,...). Situé au sommet de la colline, la vue sur les vignobles et Bergerac est superbe. Seul bémol, la départementale qui longe la propriété est très……

Prévoir tapis sol pour évier car pas mal déclaboussure même avec la bassine Très bonne literie.
