“Around the property a little sketchy. Hotel was nice and clean. About a block from more touristy old town. Everyone was lovely, I was there with my daughter so possibly different view of area if wasn't on high alert mode. ”

“Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.”

“Lovely hotel room with everything we needed. Easy walk down to the beach. Although we didn’t do any of the optional activities on offer from the hotel, they looked good (cooking class, massage, tennis). However, our shower leaked, the walls were quite thin and reception had limited opening hours. ”

“I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. ”

“This is truly an amazing property in the mountains above Levanto. How amazing to be above where birds fly and just hear them sing along with church bells. What a fun way to access this property via a monorail. This is a beautifully renovated farm house from way back with a touch of modern features. The whole staff was truly wonderful. I would highly recommend a stay here. ”
