Very nice hotel, and everything around is beautiful, very nice pools and view from the balcony. It's great that the room has everything, including an iron, a washing machine and dryer, a coffee maker, a microwave, a kettle and a stove for cooking. I'm very satisfied. I was with a small child and it was difficult to constantly carry the stroller to the third floor, but our room had such a beautiful view that carrying the stroller was not a problem for me. There is also everything you need on the street, including barbecues and umbrellas. I'm happy that I was there and if I ever get to this amazing island again, I will only come to this hotel. The staff is also very nice. Thank you!

The beach was nearby. Can’t swim at the beach, but it’s beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. One issue was that our room was scheduled for a bug spraying. We had to evacuate for 4 hours with no compensation.

The property overall was nice, especially since you can use the facilities next door at the outrigger. Negitives were no clear directions on how to operate the ac unit or tv. Never could get the bedroom tv to work. Furniture in living area needs updated. And broken shutter(on ground level condo) needed repaired.

The Expedia listing does not accurately reflect the accommodation. We arrived to: - Unacceptable level of cleanliness (dirty walls, carpet, kitchen cabinets)  - Severely stained carpeting - Severely stained furniture (almost all pieces in the living room)  - Damaged furniture  - Terrible odor in the main bedroom and bathroom. - Toilets that barley flush - Damaged mirrors throughout the unit  - Burnt out light bulbs  - Moldy lampshades   I am extremely frustrated with Expedia for not holding property managers accountable when they post a fraudulent listing, which is a statement I feel extremely confident in making, the ad was fraudulent!

Hidden fees that were not disclosed at the time of making the reservation; Beach supposedly associated with property was dirty with litter, and totally unkempt; also, property outside the room was not clean at all, with litter pretty much everywhere No communication at the time of booking regarding the floor on which we were supposed to stay, including the lack of elevator (we stayed on the third floor); Although we stayed for 7 nights, and had no housekeeping (which had been mentioned in a “fine script” manner in the description of the property), we were actually expected to clean after ourselves before checking out, while having paid well over $300 per night. Secure Villas With Garden View

When we first pulled in we were very confused where to go to check in. Property staff were all very friendly and they text on various days fun daily treats they are giving out such as hot dogs/chips, hot cocoa and piña coladas. There is a coded gate to get into the parking lot which made it feel more secure. It was very convenient having a full well stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a washer/dryer. We also had the deluxe with two bathrooms. There is a nice private beach and the lagoon was pretty as well, with a lot of wild chickens that would come up to our patio each day. I believe the towels/bedding were clean but they very much need to use bleach when laundering them. We were concerned upon finding that almost every single towel, the comforter, most the pillows, and the couch had very light stains on them. We removed one of the pillows from the bed and some of the towels entirely that I was just not comfortable using. Other than that it is a convenient condo style that makes a longer stay easier. Being on the bottom floor, I appreciated that they also had provided large wooden dowels to put in the sliding doors. Great location, all round good place to be on the island. Our room was a bit updated, better than the pictures shown. Recommend getting a place like this with a kitchen as groceries and going out for dinner are not cheap. Also rent a car and do some day trips and then finish it off with some beers by one of the pools. Note pack some ear plug as wild chickens/roosters no matter where you are on the island, after awhile you do get use to them. Cool place to be, go for it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved that the property was on the beach for those sunrise walks on the beach and stargazing at night. Appreciated being able to use the Outrigger pool etc. The pool at the Villas was smaller and had limited chairs. The grounds are beautiful! The Villa was lovely. The kitchen had everything needed to cook our own meals. Bed was comfortable and AC worked great! I will say it does need some TLC but overall we were very happy with our stay here and would stay again! The staff was wonderful! Although not right near the grocery stores etc but nothing was very far. So loved it was quiet but close to things!
