There is nowhere for you to park or drop off your bags by this hotel. The hotel itself was ok. We had a small room (way smaller than what the pictures looked like) we stayed in a family room. With the two kids beds out there was literally no way to move around. Luckily they had a nice common space down the hall with tables you could eat at. I am surprised how quiet it was because it was a zoo outside. So many people all over everywhere. The area didn’t seem safe and was not very clean. The hotel is literally where the main train station doors open to. We took a $16 taxi to a laundromat in a different neighbourhood because the one beside the hotel was filled with weirdos (not doing their laundry) that would try and talk to you. Mostly the area of this one put me off right away. Inside the hotel was fine.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful. Charming little place! We appreciated that although the rooms were small, they give the option to stay with 4 people so we could get one room for our family of 4 instead of having to rent 2 rooms. Breakfast nook was cute and the coffee / little snacks were appreciated.

La chambre était très belle, la literie confortable. Toutefois, le petit déjeuner était assez décevant. Il n’y avait pas assez d’option en matière de nourriture, pain manquant à partir d’une certaine heure. Les Fruits pourris et non remplacés dans la corbeille pendant 3 jours et Tasses tachées et abîmées.

A wonderful (pink) jewel in the middle of Lille. A lovely room and a lovingly furnished hotel. Should we ever be in the area again, we will come back. It would have received 5 stars straight, were it not for the slight smell of sewage coming from the bathroom drain. Not bad but annoying. Probably not a problem in every room.

So friendly and helpful! We brought our luggage early for storage and at check in we arrived and it had been delivered to our room. So kind! The only thing missing was a mini fridge in the room. But totally recommend Roma Hotel!

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, le lit est confortable, l’arrivée autonome est agréable, etc. Un seul point négatif, mais qui prend le dessus sur tout. Lors de mon séjour j’étais chambre 12 au première étage, soit la première chambre avant le salon. L’isolation des chambres est quasi nulle, le matin j’entendais les femmes de ménages rigoler et discuter. J’ai été réveillé aux alentours des 6h avec des bruits de couverts, des personnes qui courent dans le couloir, etc. Impossible de me rendormir car j’entendais comme si j’étais à l’extérieur. Très désagréable donc. En globalité l’hôtel est qualitatif mais ce problème d’isolation est horrible.

Tudo Impecável !!! O hotel fica exatamente na frente da estação de trem, chegamos e apenas atravessamos a rua. Atendimento da recepção perfeito, quarto maravilhoso e com uma vista muito agradável. Hotel fica próximo do shopping, supermercado... Adoramos e a volta é certa!!!
