“Host should have told us key pad was hidden under a metal plate. No internet. Clutter! No place to hang anything. Very soft bed. No directions how to use tv or other appliances. Someone is living there. Long hair on kitchen chairs and dusty places. Stuff every where. This owner is not ready to be a host.”

“Overall, the stay was wonderful. But there are areas for improvement. 1) When we received the packet to enter, there was no note (and the agency didn't seem to be aware ) that to enter the gate/boom, you needed to use the mobile phone provided. It took us an hour to find that out even after calling the agency. The cabin is wonderful too. But the keypad will not allow any access between the hours of 12 am - 8 am which we were not told of. This caused us to be locked out 2 of the nights. The……

“The cabin was beautifully located, and stunning lay out. The check in process was difficult out of office hour's. No where does it say your property is 11km away from the place where you collect your key. The master bedroom matress was also dirty so we coulfnt sleep on it and gad to swap it for the spare one. Conracted novasol via email but no response. Otherwise we had a fantastic time in Norway as a family”
