This is a great two-story home. The external entry downstairs leads into a great wet room with space for all your beach gear, wet towels, snorkel gear, or a surfboard or two.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are also on this level, and they have their own Smart TVs, but no free-to-air channels. Bedroom 4 is a children’s retreat with a tri-bunk and single Bunks, and it features a TV with a Nintendo gaming console.
The laundry has a washing machine and a dryer. The downstairs bathroom has a toilet, vanity, and shower over the bathtub. Air conditioning is supplied through a hallway unit.
Upstairs is the updated kitchen and lounge room area, which has air conditioning and includes a large wall-mounted Smart television. Upstairs also includes the main bedroom and main bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

The grounds are fully fenced, and pets are welcome on approval. There is ample parking at the side of the property, with space for a boat or jet ski.
Linen & Towels are supplied (Not Beach Towels), so bring some to enjoy the beach. Riptide is ideally suited for families and has everything you could want in a holiday home.
