“The Aviator Apts. are conveniently located for me when visiting my daughter. Dog friendly which is a necessity for me and the best part- right above the Aviator Smokehouse. I get BBQ every time I stay there!!”

Our only complaint was the fact that the sink drain was having issues releasing some smells that we seemed unable to fix. I’m sure the owners have fixed this by now as they were very attentive to our communications. Thanks”

“My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The a/c made a lot of noise every time it came on and it's right by the master bedroom window. The kitchen had most……

“The property was quite clean and the contact Kim was quite accessible. We all loved the homey feeling. It was good to have the house rules clearly stated in the family room. We wished that we were told that once we pressed the button on the keypad, the alarm would be armed. I would recommend this property and i would stay again. ”

“Very clean place. The host was very nice. I was there with my son and a few times we came in after the sun went down so it was dark as whatever outside. The host knew I wasn’t back yet and turned on the outside lights for us so we could see, I am thankful for that. I would definitely say here again when I travel back there. ”
