Functional kitchen with fridge/freezer combo, electric cooking range/oven, microwave, & electric coffee pot. Dining room table/chairs & nice living room furniture. Television. No local or satellite TV service. Propane forced air heat.

Outdoor picnic table area with fire pit beside creek. Cell service & free wireless fiber optic wi-fi available.

Safe sturdy wood corral space available for overnight horse stays. Electric water tank or water spicket and hose.

4 miles from I-15 & small mountain town of Lima, Montana (cafe', steak house/bar, coffee stand, convenience store/fuel station, post office, community swimming pool).

Breathtaking view of majestic Lima Peaks. Within easy driving distance to National Forest Continental Divide trailheads East, Middle, & West Fork of Little Sheep Creek, Big Sheep Creek, Shineberger Creek, Sawmill Creek, Centennial Valley through the historic Monida entrance (19 miles), Red Rock River. An easy day's drive to Yellowstone National Park via West Yellowstone, Montana or Island Park, Idaho. Within day trip distance of Beaverhead & Big Hole Rivers (blue ribbon trout fishing), & historic towns of Bannack, Virginia City, & Nevada City, Montana. In the very heart of highly sought prime Montana elk hunting.

Beautiful setting on a working ranch

Thank you for your hospitality! This is a great home base for exploring the scenic bi-ways near by! Feels remote and private yet close to all the necessities of town. Our dogs loved playing in the creek and running in the fields. Jodi was excellent to communicate with with: fast reply and easy to work with! Great Family, made us feel very welcome! Thank you so much!
