“We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the MOB hotel very much. Located at the hip area of Confluence with tramway next door, the hotel’s exterior is very contemporary and modern. The hotel lobby and interior are wonderfully decorated, and the little shop near the front door has a great selection of products, including their own clothing line with T-shirts and sweaters which are nice. Check in was very smooth, and the staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. She offered us a lot of tips for our……

“We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. In the second apartment, we found the ceiling in the bathroom with lots of molds and some of the plates were very dirty and with molds as well. We didn't borther to change to another room again. We didn't want to be charged for the dirty plates, so we broght the plates to the staff and showed them the bathroom photos when we checked out. Finally,……

“Le quartier est calme. Pas de bruit dans la résidence. Le petit déjeuner est complet par contre il manque un micro-onde pour réchauffer un plat.”

“Apres une péripétie climatique , nous sommes arrivés épuisés à l'hotel. Enregistrement ok , mais malheureusement , notre voisin du haut , n'a pas arrêté de faire du bruit une fois arrivé dans l'appartement. Nous pensions même à une rénovation tellement les meubles ne faisaient que bouger. Nous avons sollicité à 2 reprises la réception pour enfin avoir le calme pour 23h30. Quel dommage!!”

“The bed is great and room is clean. The bathroom is small but enough for one person. My room is on 4/F but still hear the noise clearly from the ground and the hotel is just next to the train station so that u can hear the sound from the train till 11pm. The staff is nice and friendly. Most important is the air conditioner is so difficult to control and the controller is broken while the first day I were there but its fixed on the next day.( The machine is very old, looks like will broke soom)”
