When we arrived no one is at the property to meet us and we can’t contact Eleni. . We called Expedia and they also tried and unable to contact her. Expedia was trying to find us another accommodation when a guy from the bar below the property arrived and we asked if he knows the owner of the place and he said yes and somehow he was able get a hold of someone.……

“The hotel is just a short walk from the port and it’s about 7 min away from Lion Square. The sound proof is amazing considering it’s on a main street and very close to the airport. Dimitri made some very good recommendations on restaurants - all of our meals have been amazing in Heraklion. The only recommendation I made is to replenish bottled water every day, rather than just giving 2 small bottles for the whole say. But all in all, good value for money and great hospitality! ”
