"Management and staff were great! Really made us feel welcome. Particularly, Margot (Assistant Mngr). It was a peaceful, restful stay. "Check-in process easy, cabin small but fit two people nicely. 3 floors in a small space, so there were always stairs to negotiate--not a problem for us, but may be for some.
