“This home is more than you could ever expect. Not only is it feet from the Watauga River, it is immaculate inside and out. Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided. We loved sitting on the front porch at night listening to the river. You truly feel welcome and at home in this property. We will definitely be returning soon.”

“We loved Walter and Mae's Farmhouse. Pat was very communicative, check-in and check-out were super easy. The home was beautifully decorated, and while we didn't have a chance to use the kitchen, it was very well stocked. The location was convenient to Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport, and very relaxing. I really enjoyed sitting on the front porching watching the cows.
