“Hotellet ligger dårligt, Servicen er rigtig dårlig, morgenmaden stå ude og er dårlig. Der var ingen vand på hotellet de sidste 24 timer af opholdet. Hvilket hotellet ikke ville kompensere, så vi kunne ikke gå i bad eller bruge wc´et Vi blev henvist til et andet hotel for at gå i bad, som vi selv måtte betale for. ”

“In deed 4* hotel, well located, but you pay more that you get. AWFULL soudproofing. Decent breakfast.”

“房太小，不值这个价，当地打车不贵，建议住其他较便宜的4星。不过地点是很方便的，前面有机场大巴站。”

“First of all, the workers were all great. Friendly and helpful. The problem was the facility. It was a hot day. We booked here because it said A/C. Our room did not have it so they moved us to an apartment where the A/C barely worked. They have an exercise room but most the machines were broken. The tub had a shower wand but no curtain causing water to flood all over. Internet was available but unusable due to an intermittent single bar of signal. ”

“Ottimo mini appartamento con tutti i servizi: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, cucina attrezzata anche se manca qualcosina tipo tostapane qualche coltello che taglia e una cappa fumi e luce zona cottura ma questi sono consigli non critiche. Anche una scopa per pavimenti. A un km c'è un grade centro commerciale e proprio sotto casa un mini market. L'ho trovato molto comodo lo consiglio.la gestione molto cordiale e disponibile”

“As far as i know, the standard room only equipped with shower. There is no tub for standard/basic rooms, which might be different from the description on hotels.com”

“Htl in posizione perfetta, vicino a tutto. Zona pedonale, ricca di locali ma ottima insonorizzazione. Unica pecca la moquette datata e consumata che rovina l'ottima finitura delle camere.”

“Probleme mit der air-condition, vielleicht auch ein Bedienungsfehler. Sehr geräumig, sauber und Badezimmer sehr gut. Großer Bildschirm mit smart TV und einigen dt. Sendern.”

“Room is spacious, clean, close to train station. Most important, the staffs are the best, I left my wallet in room under pillow and it has been stored safety until I went back to pick up. Really appreciated all staffs and warm place to stay beside home.”

“Rustic-styled new hotel, friendly staff, located in a nice area with plenty of food options. Will stay again if I visit Katowice again.”
