“The property is in an excellent location. Super close to everything in Rehoboth. We walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and spacious. It was perfect for our long weekend. Highly recommend!”

“Clean, comfy, quiet room. Just a street away from the main drag and just a few blocks from the beach. The room is really good. The only negative is the parking spaces - they are very tiny. They really need to redraw the lines it appears they have the room to make the spaces a bit bigger. If you have a mid/large SUV or a truck you are going to struggle to move in that parking lot and you won’t fit into one of the drawn spots. ”

“We enjoyed the location of the rental, the included parking spot, and the thorough information regarding checkin, laundry, the Murphy bed, WiFi, and other related details. We stayed with our 2 kids, and they were on the Murphy bed. The rooms are quite small and the living room doubles as the “second bedroom,” so renter be aware of that. All in all, great spot!”

“This renovated 8 unit motel is a sweet spot for a beach getaway. The renovation is well done and everything is clean and accurately described, with easy on site parking and lots of walkable dining. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Think of this as a sweet little self-serve hotel room by the beach. My teen daughter and I stayed here and it worked well. There’s not a lot of room to hang out, so plan to be out and about and use this as your cozy home base with a very comfy bed to rest well at night.……

“This was a perfect location for walking to the beach and the local businesses. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms, although one of the bedrooms had no window of its own.”
