This condo for six is blocks from the beach for sunny day fun and has an ocean-view balcony for rainy ones. Don't forget about restaurants and shops just a quick drive away!

Relax on the living room's sofa and armchair by the fireplace, where you can enjoy entertainment like WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV. You also have quick access to amazing ocean views, with the balcony just steps away!

A well-equipped kitchen makes cooking nice and easy, with a full selection of standard appliances and a dishwasher for speedy cleanup. You can have your food together at the table for four indoors, or on the shared patio's picnic table outside.

Six guests (and,, your dogs) can use this home's two bedrooms and sole bathroom. Adults will appreciate the master bedroom's queen-size bed, with the second room's twin bunks and the living room's futon rounding out your options. Wash up in the bathroom's shower and get ready for a full day in Lincoln City!

When you're not exploring seven miles of beachfront, you can wander Lincoln City's exciting streets, exploring shops, galleries, and dining, as well as attractions like All American Putt 'n Bat and Lincoln City Outlets. You can try adult games at Chinook Winds Casino and Resort four and a half miles to the north, while freshwater fun at Devils Lake is two miles closer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I gave some 4 stars just because the building and furniture are old but there is clean and so easy to check in and out. And so easy to communicate online with someone who help you. They provided for all our needs during our stay to the smallest detail. That's nice.

Nice stay, mostly sleeping. Enjoyed hanging out in the living room and balcony. Great ocean views and sound of the surf. We would stay there again. Budget accomodations with view.

Beautiful view

The apartment smelled AMAZING when we arrived. It was very clean. I was nervous seeing other reviews; they did a fantastic job, only one hiccup with a sheet in a fold-away couch, and they IMMEDIATELY wanted to come out and fix it. Fantastic service. We had horrible neighbors, and the communication with VACASA dealing with them was amazing. I can truly say how they handled everything and how good the communication was, I would not even think twice about staying in another VACASA home. They were great.

I loved my view from the balcony. What i didnt like was that when we got there the space wasn't totally clean, i had to call and ask to have them finish cleaning it. Then some random couple cane into our condo thinking it was theirs and was told it was cleaning crew thinking we had checked out when in fact that wasnt the case. Then had to have maintenance come into our room to do work because i guess the shower was leaking into the bottom condo. There was no ac option in the room at all or any fans. Other than that it was good.

You get what you pay for

The location is great with a view. This was on the cheaper end so wasn't expecting the Ritz or anything. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty and needed rewashing. The bed in the main bedroom is dreadfully uncomfortable, especially for two. I ended up going to sleep on the lower bunk in the second room which was actually really comfy. It is very sparsely furnished and low on supplies but if ok for the price. We were there for work so stayed two weeks in a row. Only there to sleep and have evening meal.

Nice vacation

The good: Quick walk to the beach, great location overall. Sleeps six, if you count the pullout couch Good kitchen, enough equipment to make simple meals work. Big bathroom, shower only. Bring Poo Spray. Easy check in/out, super clean property Pet friendly. We had a small, crate trained dog and it was perfect. This is an older beach rental for about 100 bucks a night, that takes pets and doesn’t make you scrub it before you leave. Adjust expectations accordingly. The surprises: NO soundproofing- you can hear everything both in and out of the apartment. The guy in the space next to us seriously needs a sleep study I STG he has sleep apnea. Hot water takes a long time to arrive. If the couch is open, very little room to navigate. Not a deal breaker, but if you don’t want to wake the people sleeping on the couch plan for no access to the balcony until they’re up. No AC - the sun sets right into the front room and that space got hot if the glass door was shut. The bedrooms were stifling no matter what, BUT we were there in August. I’m sure it’s no biggie most of the year, but with climate change summers are going to suck forever into the future, so bring a fan or two when it’s warm. You can smell whatever anyone cooks in their unit. One person made blackened salmon - yum! Another person…boiled chum? I don’t know but it was rough. The Poo Spray can do double duty. Overall: Good rental for beach access/base camp for exploring the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. I was traveling with 83 yr old mother and 23 yr old daughter. Room was Salmon 2B. Great view of the ocean, room was clean. Only complaints if you call it that, the sitting chair was a wicker chair, wouldn't be a big deal, but I am 6'5 350lbs. Real chair from pic would have been nice. Fireplace didn't work, but wasn't needed...just wanted some ambiance.lol

The view is amazing! The apartment and property could do better. Dirty floor boards, broken patio chairs, dirt scuffs on walls. Beds were very uncomfortable. And there's no A/C I understand you're by the ocean but those bedrooms got very hot! Overall an alright experience with the property. Little over priced for the quality you're getting.

Very deceiving

From the pictures it looks like a wonderful place. From the moment you walk into the door you see broken tile mud and dirt at the entry point. Interning the apartment you notice dirty floor boards and walls that look like a child painted them. We went into the kitchen and looked at the dishes which looked like they’ve never been washed just rinsed with water. The kitchen faucet wasn’t even attached it rocked back-and-forth and we were afraid to even keep or turn the water on. Went into the living room and my daughter sat in the chair which basically fell apart she weighs all of 80 pounds in this chair it was all obviously broken and never fixed. I would say the only thing this place has going for it is the view other than that it looks like a house flip and they had a budget of about $100 to fix it up

Valentine’s Trip

The initial impression was great! When you walk into your building you immediately realize that it is not a very well taken care of building. The entrance/stairway is very dirty. You can hear every single noise from everyone around you. Someone was smoking in their room and it made our whole place smell like cigarette smoke all night. If you stay here make sure and bring more bedding. There is only one blanket in the place, NONE on the bed, only a thin sheet and comforter. This was an awful experience, nothing like the pictures made you think it was. I am very disappointed.
