What’s nearby
Located just down 101 from Lincoln City proper, it’s a short walk (or very quick drive) north to the main strip, with tons of dining and shopping options. Or, if you’d prefer to stick around your home-away-from-home, there’s a movie theater just across the road. As for the main attraction, take the path heading south for about a block and then go down the stairs to get to the sand.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

It was a wonderful condo. We were able to hear the ocean and it had a very homely feeling. The accommodations were beyond our expectations. Only thing I would suggest would be an iron and ironing board for those whom would to iron their clothes.

Simple little dog friendly option

We had a great stay, everything was as advertised. For it being a smaller space it worked well with two adults and a dog. My only complaint would be on the code for the door is 10 digits and you have to put it in just right or it blinks red and you have to wait

Great location

location was great, and it was a short and hilly walk away from beach. The wifi is very spotty and sometimes we lost connection and the couch had quite a bit of sand. The view of the ocean was wonderful to have, and overall I recommend this place and would stay here again!

Good for a short stay

Overall it was good and clean. Just a couple of things. The bunkbeds rattled and several screws need to be tightened. My husband is always hot while sleeping and I’m always cold, so an extra blanket and a fan would be a nice addition. The beach access was under construction and not available we were not told this. We know until we headed down to the beach, and had to take a long detour. Signs placed ahead of the walk down would have been nice.

Will stay again but...

There were a couple of issues we wished had been different. The first thing we noted was there was no place to hang clothes except on shower rod less than ideal for a 5'1" woman the 6'+ gentlemen had no problem. The other issue was the tv. Wetio were there for 4 nights. No tv first night. After a bunch of problem solving no TV second night. The instruction on TV was incorrect.

Great location, easy check in, private and secure

Everything was terrific, especially the cleaning staff who works here. My only issue was the internet went out and the tv also. I didn't contact guest services to fix these problems so that's on me (my stay was so short) and the weather was exceptionally stormy. But it did seem like the router is a distance from the property, so when it was working it was weak. Again, I didn't troubleshoot this so that's on me. The staff is excellent from what I observed and probably deserve 401K's and health benefits. Would stay again, but would probably work out the wifi issue beforehand. Again, mia culpa.

Good R& R in Lincoln City

I was disappointed that only one bed was made up when two guests were arriving. The bunk bed mattresses are thin and I could feel the metal slats so we stacked both mattresses on the bottom bunk. We call and requested help with the TV but, no one came to help us. We were told that cable wasn't an eminitity yet we were able to watch Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on 10/11. The only outlet in the bunk bed room was up high on the wall opposite the wall. The head of the bed was not close to the outlet - I have a CPAP machine and was unable to use it. The property was clean and we did enjoy our stay

You get what you pay for. Everything smells like dogs, there's some mold damage in the ceiling of the bathroom, the rooms are tiny, you can't close the door to one because the bunk bed is too big. No closets, space heaters. On the other hand, you can see the ocean, and it's a 5 min walk down to the beach

Not as pictured

The pictures look much better than the unit does. I'll list my complaint below. I wish I could upload my own photos... Wi-Fi did not work the 5 days we stayed. No heat in the living area, it gets cold. Dishes were dirty. Nothing matches, it's chintzy. No blackout shades. Broken outlet covers. Poor maintenance and repairs. Futon is horribly uncomfortable to sit on and I couldn't imagine sleeping on it. The bunk beds are noisy. There are no pot holders. Paint is flaking and does not match where things are patched. Overall this place was cheap and ok but you should know what your getting and not be mislead by pictures.

Just Okay

Check in was easy, location is great & area was quiet. We arrived expecting twin beds in one TINY, TIINNYY!!! room, it was bunk beds. The full bed in the other small room was NOT comfortable. There used to be a fireplace in the living room but it has been covered with sheetrock & there isn't a heater in the living room, there also were no extra blankets for the person who slept on the futon, It was COLD. The place was clean & kitchen had all the basics but there were no homey touches that we love about VRBO. By the time all the fees were totaled I feel like it was more than this place was worth. It worked for the weekend but I wouldn't stay again.

The room is great for 2-4 people the living room and kitchen are great for a vacation rental. The bedrooms are a little small but they were comfortable. The bathroom is large which is nice. The water pressure is not so great and it takes forever for the water to get hot. The fan and shower light also don't work. The bedroom windows were also all left unlocked prior to our arrival. The door lock on the back door seems a little flimsy and like someone could pull real hard and it would break. the inside of the sliding door track is also a little moldy which was not so good considering I am allergic to mold also the privacy on the balcony is lacking it would be nice if there was a full divider between each unit. There were some drunk people two units down being loud and staring so we didn't get to enjoy the balcony as much as we wanted All in all it is a nice little space just a few things that could use a little work.

Disappointed Spring Breakers

We were very disappointed with our stay. We actually left yesterday and came back home. The place was cold with no heat in the main room, the bathtub trip lever was broken so we couldn’t bathe and the bathroom was dirty with a broken light so it was dark. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and my son ended up sleeping in a chair all night because of this. I have honestly never made a complaint at any place I have stayed and I have done my share of traveling. This was a less than acceptable experience.
