This dog-friendly Lincoln City rental boasts an ocean view, easy beach access, and romantic features like a private balcony and gas fireplace, making it perfect for couples in need of a relaxing getaway!

Based in the Sandstone Point property, a hotel-style complex located toward the south side of town, your new home away from home has great views and much more. Take a short three-block walk to the beach, and enjoy quick access to everything the town has to offer, like restaurants, shops, galleries, and more!

This studio-style condo has everything you need to get nice and cozy, with basic appliances including a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, alongside a gas fireplace for warm, cozy meals. There's a flatscreen cable TV and WiFi for entertainment, so no need to worry if it rains!

Up to two guests - and your dogs, for an additional nightly fee - can enjoy this condo, which features a queen-size bed and full bathroom, as well as a private balcony from which to enjoy some fresh air. The complex also has a community deck space and a courtyard.

Just a few minutes from your door, the beach allows for great boogie boarding, paddleboarding, and sandcastle-building opportunities. There's more beautiful nature nearby in the form of Cascade Head's hikes and paddling at Devils Lake State Park, while more cosmopolitan attractions await in town with Lincoln's many shops and restaurants, as well as Chinook Winds Casino Resort! Lincoln City offers seven miles of beach to explore between trying the town's many restaurants, but if you need even more sights to see you can head 25 miles south to Newport, where more gorgeous beaches and amazing activities await.

As advertised and overall very pleased. Needs a natural exterminator for a stream of little black ants who marched in from sliding door directly to trashcan. Picked up trashcan, killed 40 ants and got bug spray from cleaning crew next morning. Blue blanket needs a good washing. Freezer needs defrosted so food fits. Would happily stay again.

It was unkempt needs to be updated and freshened up and upon arrival to my room which was not what i ordered the door was wide open and it was 7 pm 2 women in a dungeon room and the door was open very scarey we put a overstuffed chair in front of the door for added security

I asked for ground level bc I have a disabled left knee. recently had knee surgery. Verified in writing I had a ground floor. I did not I was given a below ground level room with 2 sections of stairs. I was in tears at the end of all the days I was there related to pain. I had to ask for help from other vacationeers to get my stuff into the hotel as I was unable to do so. I had to argue w/customer service for extra towels as the place did not have enough for 4 days. Not acceptable. I also should have asked for a small kitchenette as this only had a microwave and me and my grandson were there 4 nights and 5 days. My other children rented a room there for 1 night and accommodations were OK. When I called Customer services to change rooms they eventually cancelled my hotel saying they could not accommodate me and my needs. I was furious. I demanded they give me back my hotel and as was unable to find other vacancies on the spot. they did give me back the hotel but there outcome of the problem was not acceptable. I was not given clean sheets, I asked for additional sugar and the CS states we "dont' provide that" I sent in 5 pics of creamer and sugar packs along with copies and the CS states "well come else must have left that. The customer service was horrid. I eventually got extra towels as the place wasn't stocked for the 5 days but that took a lot of texting and arguing with CS also. Overall, my grandson and I made the best of a bad situation but I will never use Vacasa agan

The room was neat and clean. Unfortunately the legs on a chair were not even so when I sat down on it, it fell over. The bed end tables were both ready to fall over, plugs were not working, and the fire place did not work. Very disappointed. I left my overnight bag wit my medications under the sink, and am unable to contact anyone!

Good ocean breeze, view from balcony. The trail to the beach was exilerating. The Inn at Spanish Head was next door and good clam chowder in there restaurant with stunning view.

Had a great time in Lincoln city

Overall I was quite happy with our stay in Lincoln City. Pros: the room was perfect for two. Fireplace worked amazingly. So close to the beach. it was really only a block down to a path right on the beach. The views were amazing. Close to all the stores downtown. Close to all the restaurants. Cons: I didn't know where to check in. I thought there would be a front desk and with someone to help us find our room. There was no Check-in or Check out, you just find your room and punch in a code to get the key to the front door. I ended up accidentally walking in on someone's family reunion looking for a check in desk. I found someone else outside who was equally as lost as I was. After wandering around we found our room. Our room was a little dirty. There was a dead bug on the wall when you walked in and there was an empty beer can and wrappers that were left thrown over the balcony. Oh and the water pressure was Horrible! We ended up using a toy bucket to get clean because that shower will not clean any sand. There just isn't enough pressure. I would stay here again.
