The staff are amazing and friendly, the elevator is easily the most stable one I've ever been on, the property is clean and simple to navigate. The only issue is the parking lot. It's all downhill and now of the parking is in the back.

Location was great.Everything is within walking distance and friendly receptionionst. One thing I was not told is that their shower mats are kept upfront at the checkout desk so when I went I to shower I slipped. Other than that our stay was amazing!

Best motel 6 ive ever stayed at in terms of cleanliness. And its really close to the beach. Staff was courteous and friendly, thanks especially to the hippie dude that retrieved my ring i accidentally left behind 😊✌️ would stay here again

Proximity to everything is ideal. We have stayed for many years periodically at Motel 6 in Lincoln City Oregon and have seen a steady decline in cleanliness and condition. Very worn down and every room needs some kind of repair. Dirty doors, damaged, dinged doors, baseboards, loose toilet seats and none have covers (?why?). Sinks leak, heater hummed all night even though it was off. Just not well taken care of like before. The stench of pet odor as soon as you walk in the lobby, elevator and throughout, has gotten extremely strong that it made us nauseous. We felt dirty just being inside. I would have to be desperate to reserve again. I don't know what happened, but certainly gone downhill.

homeless camp and abandon rv's on property caught multiple people checking car doors to see if unlocked entrance door to building has lock removed allowing anyone to enter building at will made reservation 2 months in advance for 4 days 3 nights. My cc was charged day before arrival and was then told they gave my room to someone else. finally gave me a room on another floor where dogs are not allowed my reservation specified that I was traveling as I have in the past with a service dog. had to clean blood and hair out of shower shower drain was plugged up sink would spray out of valve when turned on toilet continued to run throughout the night window was broken and will not close plastic bags over smoke detector heat did not work properly had to turn 10 degrees above desired temp to have come on. after contacting desk multiple times I was told that i'm lucky to be able to have a room. I asked first night if I could get a refund and go somewhere else and was told I could leave however would not receive any of my rent back. I have stayed at this location every 3-6 months for several days at a time for several years and have never had such a bad experience. PS: I made the mistake of referring 14 other groups to this motel this week alone for our pool tournament and all had similar experiences. unless something changes I will no longer be bringing my APA and BCA teams to this location each 3 months. last time we had a bad experience also and felt I should give one more chance
