Three of the bedrooms contain queen beds while the fourth has two twin trundle beds, so there is plenty of room for everyone in your party. You'll be able to cook to your heart's content in the well appointed gourmet kitchen featuring a specialty coffee maker, a Viking gas cook stove, and two microwaves. It also features a state of the art wine cooler. This home is full of fun knick knacks and nautical decorations. Hard wood floors and a beautiful staircase add to the ambiance of this fabulous house. Enjoy a 42 inch smart TV in the living room along with cable TV and Wi-Fi to help you stay in touch while you're getting away from it all. The private den at the entrance of the home is a great place to relax and watch TV. If you're ready for a luxurious beach getaway, Roads End Light House is a great option! Beach house

The house was little ruff inside , fire place wasn’t working , electric wires sticking out carpet was dirty , hair on the bathroom floors sliding door screen wasn’t working properly getting stuck all the time , on side the of house bricks were not even tripping hazard.,rocking chair in living was broken tilting to one side , pillows on couch smelled dirty and musky

Nice but needs some work

It's a nice house with a great view. There were multiple appliances that either didn't work or didn't work properly like the refrigerator. The deck is in serious need of repair. The host was informed of the work that needs to be done so hopefully the next guests will have a better experience than we did.

View is wonderful if they keep the windows clean

I had communication with the owner throughout about needing the windows cleaned and some chairs for the deck to enjoy the view at least that way. They brought some chairs so that my older mother in law could enjoy the view not being able to walk as easily. We really appreciated that. I found supplies in the garage and cleaned the large front windows on day 3 of our five day stay. This was after two days of the assurances that a vendor is coming to take care of it. ! This was my vacation task. Glad I could help. I am obviously being a little snarky but the windows were so dirty that any cleaning crew or the owner would notice it and CARE ABOUT SEEING THE VIEW when that is what you are ADVERTISING and selling. Not my job to clean the windows. Thanks. Overall the place works well for larger groups. The place could use some updates and a crew during turnover that makes sure the place is ready. Including making sure you can see the spectacular view. It was spectacular and I wished we all could have enjoyed it during our entire stay.

Spacious, clean, and calm place to vacation

We enjoyed walking on the beach, playing games, making cards, and baking. Nice indoor space for when the rain comes down. Beautiful view of the ocean.

Great location, nice property

The house is in an excellent location on Roads End. It is a nice house overall, however the windows and deck windows were very dirty/fogged up to where we didn't have much of a view. We cleaned a few of them up some to see out better but they all could use a good cleaning. The rest of the property could use a better cleaning as well, pet hairs under the couch and just overall not as clean as we would have liked. Other than those issues, it was a nice place and great stay!

Our view

The corners of the ceilings had spider webs and there was a lot of dust under the furniture. Other than that it was a beautiful home and had all the amenities we needed. I would rent again for another girl's week.

Disappointed - TLC Greatly Needed

Pictures are years old. The property is tired and in need of repairs and an overall refresh. My greatest disappointment was the SubZero refrigerator did not work properly or at all. Made multiple calls to OBV and although a very nice maintenance man visited the property, ultimately, the refrigerator was never repaired. Food was lost and our overall experienced severely challenged. I would not recommend this location to anyone until the property is brought back to asserted expectations.

Family fun

Loved all except getting in the house! Key lock and key pad wouldn't work. We were on hold then disconnected multiple times. Tired, hungry kids wanted in house! Took 45 minutes to get into house! TV didn't work. Other than that we loved the house!!

Lovely beach house with beautiful view

This is a comfortable, clean, spacious house which our whole family enjoyed. We would recommend stocking the house with more toilet paper (3 rolls total for 10 people for 5 days was not enough). In the kitchen it would be helpful to have more dish towels and more dishwasher detergent (4 pods for 5 days are not enough with a family cooking and eating at the house). We enjoyed the sand toys which were provided too.

Big House & Great Location

Great location to easily walk to the beach. Main floor is very open to be able to visit, cook and eat together. First floor bedroom was a plus for our group. Ping pong table in the garage was a big hit. The only complaint I would have is not enough paper products as in toilet paper. For a home that accommodates 9 people 4 rolls of toilet paper is not adequate for 5 days. But overall we enjoyed the house and the view is spectacular. Lots of windows to enjoy the ocean view.

91st Birthday!

Our family spent 5 wonderful days in this lovely, spacious home overlooking the stunning Pacific Ocean. We celebrated our mom/grandma/GG’s 91st birthday in a clean, safe environment during this pandemic . The home was very clean & we all felt safe staying there. We do wish we could have had 12 people instead of only10. And we had to purchase toilet paper, hand soap & paper towels. The starter kit was too small.

Our stay

The property and the beach is beautiful, but all the days we were there where very windy. 19mph winds, so we mostly stayed in didn’t get to enjoy beach much. Anyways the house really needs to be deep cleaned. It has alot of cobwebs and spiders in the house. Also a lot of seems like animal hair, underneath the couches and drawers, truly for paying this much money we could’ve stay home and enjoy more cleanness, but if you don’t mind it being clean, then it’s perfect for you. Enjoy.

Animal hair everywhere and dirty floors. We swept and vacuumed when we got there and dusted. We had a family get away with a little walker|crawler. It was disgusting. Otherwise great house and great location

Lovely and comfortable home for our family.

Beautiful setting with great furnishings. Wonderful beds in each room. Cozy fireplace for the stormy weekend was a plus. Great kitchen appliances, large and small. The only problem our "cook" had was finding a flat spatula. See - I had to search to come up with a problem. I would suggest more than one hand towel in each bathroom. There were plenty of bath towels and face cloths though, so easy to make due. Had a very nice birthday weekend.
