This incredible home has four bedrooms and room for up to 14 (16 maximum). Come bedtime, head down to the second level where you'll find three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is large, luxurious, and offers a king-size bed and private access to the deck where you can slip out in the morning for that invigorating breath of fresh air! Attached is a smartly decorated bath with gorgeous tile work and a tub/shower combo. There are two more bedrooms on this level (both with a queen sized bed), each with its own distinctive decor, and deck access as well. Down on the main floor is one more bedroom with your choice of a king bed, three full beds, and a sofabed. In all, there are 3.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer, so freshening up will be easy, and you'll always have a fresh change of clothes.
Long-dubbed "The Miracle Twenty Miles," once you experience all the great things to do in and around Lincoln City, you might not think that's hyperbole. Lincoln City boasts seven miles of sandy beach. With its unique location on the 45th parallel, it's buffeted by steady winds, so buy a kite in town or bring one of your own. And of course there's plenty of fishing! Hop on a charter for deep waters, or try your luck at nearby Devil's Lake there are nine species of freshwater fish. Don't forget the golf clubs! You can tee up over at Salishan or Chinook Winds resorts, both about 15 minutes away. In town, you can sharpen your culinary skills at Culinary Center or learn something about the fine art of glass blowing at the Alder House Glass blowing studio.

Parking Notes: Vehicles and Parking
There is a strict maximum of 4 cars allowed at this property (2 must be compact). Additional vehicles may be towed at the owner's sole expense.
Do not park in the vacant lot next to the driveway. Ensure all vehicles are in the driveway and inside the garage of the home.
Lincoln City requires strict compliance with parking restrictions at vacation rental homes. The following parking restrictions apply to this Home:
(a) No more than the advertised number of cars can be parked at the Home at any one time; and
(b) With respect to allowed cars, all vehicles must be parked within designated parking spaces on the vacation rental property. No parked is allowed within public parking spaces whatsoever.
(c) All vehicles parked outside of Lincoln City parking regulations are subject to towing at the vehicle owner's sole expense.
You understand and acknowledge that your breach of these parking restrictions may result in Lincoln City terminating the permit allowing for short term rentals at the Home. As such, you acknowledge that it is important for all guests and visitors to abide by these parking restrictions.
Water Access: Go west on NW 28th to NW Jetty Ave. approx. 5 blocks. Take a left on NW Jetty to NW 26th. Go right on NW 26th 1 block to Beach Access with public restrooms and approx. 60 steps (with handrail) down to the beach.
Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
