Multiple things, first I’m not recommending this hotel anymore. Not recommended to use Expedia anymore. With my experience both used their trust.
When I’m ordered hotel, I’m looking only with jacuzzi and ocean view. When I’m when I checked into the hotel, I have no jacuzzi and no view, paid another 111.15$ to upgrade. And it’s not a first time, on same hotel and only if using Expedia app. I’m traveling allot and everywhere on the world, I’m really tired having surprises all the time when I’m using Expedia. Not taking about ” best best ever in the world ” customer service…

Horel have couple problems, almost all the walls being scratched and dirty. Shaver have some other people hair everywhere.
Jacuzzi jets, only 2 worked properly instead 10 or 12.
With my 331.63$ paid to Expedia and 111.15$ on deck. For two days, on week days. That too much, for that service and surprises.
