“Stay was ok. Property needs to be cleaned better, the balcony was disgusting. Bird poop on the table, spiders, spider webs, and insects everywhere. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony AT ALL. Recommend putting more than one tv in the whole place for the price that it’s being charged, tv lost connection SEVERAL times. Found a “8 of spades” card on top of the curtain rod in the living room. Like the stay was alright, but it needs some attention.”

“Overall condo was in a great location and boat slip was an easy walk from condo. Master Bedroom sink wouldn’t drain when we got there but Alan was quick to respond when I messaged him. Could use a little better cleaning as there were many cobwebs throughout. ”

“We came down for bike fest, the location of the condo was perfect location away from all of the crowds. The view was incredible and the neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to dining, shopping, etc. We had plenty of room for 5 adults but the condo is also very kid friendly with games, and extra sleeping space with the trundle and pack n play. Home was clean with many extra touches (snacks, guidebooks and pool towels). Owners communicated timely and we enjoyed our stay.”
