“The location of this little farm is a total surprise since it’s so secluded and yet so close to everything you might need as well as the attractions R.I. offers from Providence to South County and Newport. The cottage is classic early New England but modernized for full comfort. The farm animals are a bonus and the hosts are very kind and thoughtful people. ”

“This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property……

“Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. ”

“We loved staying here during Parents Weekend at Roger Williams University. The neighborhood is very cute and within walking distance to much that Bristol has to offer! The cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bonus was the outdoor space complete with seating and fire table. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely stay here again in our next few years with our son studying at RWU.”
