bus shuttle is really great，but there was a night, the neighbors were in party at 3:40am! It was so interrupted! This is unforgivable!

Staff was excellent especially for a busy Husker game weekend. Room was clean but our window faced a large HVAC unit that was loud and blocked all view or light from coming into the room.

Staff was fantastic the entire visit. Rooms are dated and need to be updated. 24h coffee machine in the lobby was fantastic. Great location, walkable to everything. There are just a lot of options in that area. The rooms are too dated.

When I arrived I checked in and asked where I can park. The attendant said the hotel parking is $23 a night in the garage, on the other end of the block or I can on the street till 8am. Not wanting to carry 200lbs of gear in for maybe 5 hours of sleep, I ask of the street was safe? I was given an odd look and was told “I wouldn’t”. Not a great start to the next couple hours. I left to find any food places and after realizing there wasn’t anything open. Headed back to get at least a couple hours sleep…. I thought. Now that I’m in the room, there is a VERY strong cigarette Oder and it was on EVERYTHING (even my clothes I was wearing as I left. Needing sleep, I was going to blow it off until I shut off the lights to find that there is a 2”gab under the door and a mirror placed opposite of the head of the bed. As soon as you turn off the light in the room, the light in the hall way turns into a spot light aiming right for your head (think Batman). But then you add the broken blower in the bathroom which has the sound of kids banging pots in the other room. Even if pack up, go downstairs, and ask for a new room… I wasn’t going to get a single min of sleep before I needed to be back on the road. Since I cannot sleep at the hotel I paid for, I figured ask for a refund and just getting back on the road. Not only did Expedia tell me that they can’t help, the hotel is the only one. The hotel was saying Expedia and that no one can help me till 8am, it was 2:30am.

Sooki was amazing at front desk!! She got me switched around to a room that was ready for early check in and it just what we needed after driving 3 hrs, and she was so helpful with any request I had!! 10/10 front desk, she's awesome!!

We liked that it was so close to many restaurants and was very walkable. Didn't care for not having parking. Parking garage was close by, but need to pay to park.

Very clean, smelled great! Service for breakfast was slow, instead of ordering off menu like we wanted, we got the buffet. Eggs were old. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Our view was a roof blocked with a building. We did not have a view. The bar was not "roof top" like the descripton. Staff was good and knowledgeable. Was a quiet stay but if our view was better it would have been worth the money.

This hotel was quite acceptable. They could have a couple more large towels in room ( they had two for two people). We were told at the front desk about free water bottles available in the room. The free water was not for us, but instead marked for rewards members only. How tacky Hilton! That's not hot! Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Everything was great except that the hotel does not privide parking. It’s $19 a day in an adjacent parking garage and the hotel does not validate your ticket. I also do not remember any mention of having to pay for parking in the description of the room/hotel or amenities. You also have to pay for breakfast. So add on atleast another $30 to your stay for just one person. The noisy garbage trucks at 3am in the back alley didn’t help my sleep either. Won’t stay there again.
