High end Loon Mountain home, sleeps 15, luxury 6 bedroom, 4 ½ bath private house was built for comfort and style and beautifully decorated, with attention to details that reflect the woodland feel of the area. Our three story home has an Aspen feel to it throughout the seasons and is among the nicest rentals in the area with plenty of privacy and the best views on loon mountain! Amenities of the house include use of our membership to the Mountain Club at Loon which includes access to an indoor/outdoor pool, spa, tennis and fitness center. In addition, the house has a two-car garage, outdoor grill area, dishwasher, washer and dryer, luxury gourmet kitchen with separate beverage refrigerator, wi-fi, and cable. The home also has THREE master suites with private master bathrooms, an additional queen bedroom with room for two other twin beds, a full-size bedroom with a twin bed. The home features two great rooms one on the main floor with a fireplace and expansive views of the mountain. Also, a lower level family area with a full-size sleep sofa, full bath, and lots of room. In addition, we feature a separate loft area for quite reading or enjoying the views. This home was designed and built to be enjoyed by multiple families, yet large enough to provide space to enjoy, all you need to do is enjoy yourself!

We added a crib in one of the bedrooms plus easily drop in baby gates to keep toddlers off the stairs
We have parking to easily fit 8-12 vehicles in the driveway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this spacious, well stocked home. The deck was wonderful with a beautiful view. Comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms for a large group and a great family bedroom with two separate sleeping areas for the young kids. The pool was a bit inconvenient for 10 of us to get to so we rarely took advantage of it but o complaints about the pool itself. I would recommend staying here

The house was wonderful for our annual family get away. This was one of the best houses we have stayed at. We loved that there were 3 of the bedrooms had King beds with their own ensuite bathrooms. On the lowest level there were another 2 bedrooms and another large, carpeted family that was great for our 2-year-old grandson to play. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room was wonderful with views of the mountains. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need for cooking. Loved the fact that the house had baby gates for the stairs. There was even a crib in one of the bedrooms. Suggestion is to maybe add a rocking chair in the lower bedroom (where crib is) for guest who have infants. Having access to the Mountain Club was great. We used both the outdoor and indoor pool as well as the sauna and steam rooms. All the adults also booked massages at the Spa. The location of this property was close to restaurants, and only 10 minutes from Clarks Bears. We also enjoyed several hiking trails along the Kancamagus. I highly recommend this property and will look to book again in the future.

Excellent home for a group! A big space with bonus common area downstairs. Well maintained and very well stocked kitchen! The Loon Mountain pool, locker rooms, and facilities are a bit dated but absolutely do the job. Highly recommend!

Our group of 8 adults and 11 children under 10 years old had a wonderful weekend in this home. It was never our intention to ski, so we made great use of the spacious house, well-equipped kitchen, and access to the complex pool. Our kids especially loved using the outdoor hot tub in a snow storm! The house was incredibly clean, and the owner was attentive and accessible throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and convenient home at Loon.

This house was amazing for a multi-generational family getaway. It was very clean and had plenty of room to spread out as well as gather as a group. The location of the house offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. So clean, so pretty, the view is gorgeous, the kitchen had everything you need, everything is clearly marked and explained in instructions. I very much want to come back this summer or next fall. There are not enough words to describe how beautiful the house was. Everything about the house and location was perfect. Very clean and inviting. Perfect for a family with adult children and their significant others. There are large gathering spaces, and also plenty of privacy. We loved that the ski resort was so close. It was easy enough to drop everyone off if we wanted to. The pubs at the resort were great to relax and enjoy a drink or appetizer in while taking a break from skiing. There were also so many places to go in the surrounding area, which is a PLUS as some of our family members are non-skiers. David was a GREAT host and very responsive which ensured we were prepared for our trip. We cannot wait to go back and make more memories! Thank you again David, for sharing your home with us.
