For parties of 8 or more, please provide a valid ID for safety and incidentals. An additional charge of $25 per person, per day will apply for guests exceeding 8. If more guests than booked arrive, there will be a $50 charge per extra guest, per day, and we reserve the right to vacate the unit if the number of guests exceeds the booking.
The unit has a 4-car parking maximum: one car in the garage, one directly in front of the garage, and 2 in the overflow lot. A $100 fee will be charged for lost parking passes.
For your security, two exterior cameras are in place—one by the front door and another on the lower level patio.
