El lugar no es para nada lo que refleja las fotos, al llegar lo primero que noté fue una persona en el parking consumiendo droga y el olor era terrible. Carpet was filthy, sink was dirty and smelled of sewer gas, attendant was surly and would not honor the pet fee terms described for the Victorian by Expedia. It is a great location, but we will never stay there again.

No do not disturb sign available, but front desk said she could I do housekeeping. When I asked for a late check out the lady at the front desk noon would be fine as they were fully booked, but at 11:15 housekeeping said I need to leave. I told them what the front desk said, but they still wanted me to go

The bed is great, room is clean. The one thing I don't like is the breakfast, very poor. The same old carb filled waffle machine, bagels etc. Hot coffee, apple juice, and apple juice, no orange juice, no water in the eating area. Yes I'd recommend this hotel, good bed for a good night's sleep, also a good location.

The front desk attendant was overly flirtatious, and the hallways leading to the elevator had a strong odor of dog urine. The initial room they gave me was not cleaned; the bed was unmade, and there was a half-eaten apple on the table. When I requested a different room, he pretended to be shocked that it was dirty. The second room was at least tidy, but it had a scent of fresh paint and mold. The bed was somewhat bouncy yet comfortable. Aside from that, my stay was pleasant.

Paint cracked on walls, toilet seemed to lean forward. Walls this so knew when other took shower in other rooms and could hear them talking. Had to call front desk to get service when checking in.

Relatively new property but poorly constructed and very poorly managed. front desk rarely occupied and rude when there. No shampoo left 3 nights in a row. Many things ducted taped together. Trash on floor everywhere. Rarely vacuumed if ever. Bathroom door not working. Worst TV--low resolution. Room repairs needed. Faucet hard to work. I blame mgmt for lack of supervision.

Great location and the hotel is older but ok as far as maintenance. Breakfast was minimal, same with exercise equipment. My issue is the used condom I found next to the un-emptied trash can when I checked in. Disgusting!

Breakfast and pool! We were there 4 nights and 3 of the 4 there was HEAVY pot smell in the hall and elevator. Management didn’t really seem to care.

Carpet is dirty floors are dirty, the sink is clogged, there’s holes in the door to the bathroom, there was hair on my comforter. I was so tired I couldn’t even complain. I wrapped myself in my Antonia kit and come up and went to sleep like I was camping.
