We absolutely loved this place and will stay here again. I only gave it 3 stars due to all the issues leading up to our reservation day. Had a lot of issues trying to get in contact with anyone about my reservation. Tried calling and emailing for 2 weeks with no response, their website had false information on it for contact info. We also had issues checking in with no one on site to help and the customer service person on the phone kept saying they did not know what systems were in place due to never being there physically. Once you get the hang of what is actually going on, it's not hard to get in and out. Lastly expedia has an option to pay at property and this is also false they take payment when you book and only charge taxes a day before check in.
