Very spacious, modern home on Megunticook Lake. Great outdoor spaces. A patio for dining and relaxing. A balcony with outdoor table for evening cocktails and watching the sunset. A private dock and small beach area for swimming. Public boat landing and swimming area nearby. Megunticook Lake covers over 1300 acres providing opportunity for boating, fishing , swimming, and enjoying breathtaking scenery and sunsets.

Located just 4 miles from the harbor town of Camden, Maine. The town of Camden is the self-described Jewel of the Maine coast. Located mid-coast Maine, Camden is a haven for ocean lovers, foodies, shoppers and outdoor adventurers. In the summer months, the population more than triples due to visitors and seasonal residents, many of whom reside in gorgeous ocean view estates around the Harbor (visitmaine.net).
