While the property looks new, they miss the mark for anything above 3-star, average or even below average. Most importantly, they don't service your room, daily. We were surprised upon return from a long day to see towels we put on the floor still there and garbage full. Front desk confirmed they don't service daily. When they did, they did not clean it. Sink was dirty from coffee I had poured out. So I cleaned my own toilet becuase I was not sure they had. There are several other little things that add up to a big disappointment. Here's another, the front door is a single, small door so its hard to bring your bags and suit cases in. It's like single file. The shower leaks onto the floor because the splashguard does not go to the bottom, makes a mess. I expected more from the Marriot name.
