“This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. Staff went out of their way to be accommodating without you even having to ask for help. We visited for the first time to celebrate our mini moon a free our wedding and they gave us a free room upgrade to a suite. They also surprised us with a complementary bottle of champagne to our room and they even had complementary transportation available within a 5 mile radius of the resort. “We stayed in Ben's mountain home for four nights in april. The home was very welcoming and there was plenty of space to sleep and relax. It is is located close to the shenandoah national park and some wonderful wineries, making it conveniently located for both adventure and relaxation.”
