“Location is great, decent amount of room. Comfortable. Kitchen was not stocked as well as the property owned by same owner (Hannah's House) next door. The front area can get kind of muddy since there is no driveway or gravel down. House was clean. Gas stove is nice. Was raining and windy so did not get to use the grill or patio area.Stalink internet was plenty speedy but no cell phone signal (ATT and VZ).”

“The house is so clean and they have done everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the screen at the back door onto the deck and the bedrooms.This is not the fault of the owner: While the location is so convenient to the glass museum and downtown, the neighborhood is a bit depressing. It seems like some houses are in much better shape than others. And it could be due to poverty that others are pretty shabby looking. But this house is comfortable and clean and so close……

“Wonderful farm setting provided us a chance to unplug and really relax. Centered between Corning and Watkins Glen, the location was a perfect hub for us to explore the area. It was so great to see spring in motion in the valley and hills.”

“The property was exactly as shown in the pictures in the listing. Beautiful landscapes, the running water in the creek just a few yards away was very relaxing. 10 minutes from the falls and downtown area was absolutely awesome and convenient. We have never stayed in a tiny home but we are now huge fans. The amenities were perfect and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back. TY!”

“The stay was good overall. Some quirks to the place such as the temperature quite different between the two floors, beds and pillows could be more comfortable. The basement are quite damn during a rainstorm. But otherwise an enjoyable stay overall and the host Charlie was very nice and helpful!”

I would 100% recommend this place for a couple of people looking for a place to stay while visiting upstate New York. The owner of the place was incredibly reliable and easy to get a hold of and made our stay as comfortable as possible.”
