I had an ‘oh crap’ moment on our way to the vrbo and realized for some reason my reservation was for 2026, next year! I frantically messaged Tim and he called me right away and got everything straightened out! ”

“The house and the host were both great! The host was quick to respond to my questions, very accommodating and friendly. We loved the history associated with the house and host family. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Close to the lake and town, (less than 10 minutes to both), yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again! *The only reason I gave the "listing accuracy" a 4 star rating instead of 5, was that it said……

“In spite of a rocky beginning due to my lack of access to VRBO messaging due to cell phone malfunction, our stay here was most enjoyable. With a day care center right next door and railroad tracks nearby, all was quiet and restful. We could hear the train whistles distantly but they did not interfere in any way with sleep. Heater in bathroom had an unpleasant smell but all else excellent! Thank you so much!”
