“We arrived very late at night due to flight delay and the man at front desk was so sweet! The staff was great all around. It is not in the city center so we were disappointed about that but the drive was only 15 minutes so not bad. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is nice. Clean lobby and bathroom. Room is decent size. Overall, a good stay!!”

“due to holiday, they stucked us on the basement with no a/c. We couldn’t open the door as it has Publlc access to the garden. the bathroom floor mat was filthy. No separate shower drain. I would never return here. ”

“Terrible because the hotel staffs let us family of 18 people 6 family rooms stayed mostly at the basement level rooms with the rooms’ views are bricks surrounding. We asked for the higher level rooms but they said all the rooms have been reserved for the group tours of 30-50 people. In general, basements generally are not designed to make guests’ rooms but cars’ garages. ”
