“The cottage is a very small- one room studio with an uncomfortable sofa bed . We could feel the frame of the bed while lying down. Once the bed was open there was hardly any space to walk around to get to the bathroom or kitchen area. The shower was a 2.5 ft square and off the kitchen The review didn’t make it obvious that there was only a sofabed and no dedicated bedroom Now when I read the description I see they never said there was a queen size bed or a double bed instead it’s cryptically……

“The place is great, it needed a good sweeping. But when the saw the listing it stated there was a hot tub. Upon arriving we found there was no hot tub. The owner said he probably put that by accident. Which we found frustrating because it was one the reasons we chose this location.The communication was okay, it could’ve been better.”

“This apartment was in the most convenient location. Easy to walk to fabulous restaurants and shops. Amenities were plenty and the beds were so comfortable. I definitely would stay here again! Made our stay in Hudson so lovely!”

“As far as location this place is spot on. Right in the heart of everything with tons of parking. The apartment was clean with a nice layout. We loved the modern feel! Our only complaint was how loud this place was. Between the different sounds from the fan, heat and tapping through out the night. We were able to hear the people down the hall and certainly the people upstairs. If we didn’t hear it all throughout the night I would have left this out completely but it certainly became annoying……

“The apartment was clean and we had all the things we needed for a long weekend to go to the NY Sheepand Wool show in Rhinebeck. Very close to trails and we had nice restaurants nearby in Tannersville. Would be great for a ski weekend at Hunter.”

“Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lovely clean linens, etc. only issue was the very steep stairs to bathroom and living spaces. Several stairs are breaking and the rail is disconnecting from the wall in the middle. Also, adorable kitchen table top not secured to bottom. Shifts a bit if you are not aware. Lovely stay though!”
