“Wir sind mehr als begeistert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, toll ausgestattet sogar ein Herd mit Ofen Funktion, was man so in Deutschland leider nicht in einem Ferienhaus findet. Schwimmbad und indoor Spielplatz sehe sauber und gepflegt. Ein Minus Punkt habe ich, aber das ändert nichts an der Vergabe des Sterns sind die Öffnungszeiten des Schwimmbades ganz blöde und unpassende Zeiten unsererseits. Wir werden in den Märzferien wieder kommen.”

(pas de lave vaisselle, TV qui ne fonctionne pas, pas de rideau de douche, pas de lave linge, pas de wifi, tâches sur les sur matelas et oreillers etc... ). Le pire du séjour a été, lors de l'orage la nuit, où des gouttes d'eau sont tombés sur le lit dans lequel nous dormions. Il y a déjà plusieurs dégâts des eaux apparents sur les murs. ”

“Es war das vierte Mal, dass wir auf Mando Urlaub machen und wir finden die Insel immer noch sehr sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung war für 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder perfekt. Sehr sauber und eine sehr gut Situation. Kleine Kritik: Der Wasserzahler ist gar nicht leicht zu finden und ich fand nicht die Erklärung sehr hilfreich...”

“Diese Buchung war von Anfang an eine Katastrophe. Niemand fühlte sich zuständig, FeWo direkt verwies auf Novasol, die auf den örtlichen Vermieter (Dancamps). Doch dort war keiner erreichbar. mit mulmigem Gefühl reisten wir an. Vor Ort hieß es, da wir über FeWo/Novasol gebucht hatten, wäre man nicht zuständig. Zum Glück konnten wir den örtlichen Platzwart mit Hilfe der zum Glück vorab ausgedruckten Buchungsbestätigung dazu bringen, uns eine Hütte zuzuweisen. Leider war die Hütte selbst in keinem……

“We loved our stay at Kolding. We drove from Copenhagen to Kolding and it was an easy drive to Billund where we went to Legoland and Lego House. The only difficulty was that we didn't get an email with which house we were going to be in but someone answered the phone promptly and we got in just fine.”
