“We rented the property for our O40 soccer team for a tourney in Winston. It had plenty of room for the crew with lots of beds. The location was good with a nice wooded backyard. The house was fine, but could use some updating and probably a bit more seating options in the living room and king suite upstairs. Also, sponges or scrubbies in the kitchen would have been nice. All in all, though, it served the purpose and was a great house for our needs. Juan was really responsive and a great host.”

“We needed a place to stay close to a wedding venue. It was a great location for that. Neighborhood is nice. Home was clean upon arrival. The house worked well for our group as far as sleeping, bathing & seating in living room area. Beds were comfortable & bath towels/cloths were plenty. Backyard is quite large with a very small patio. “My son and I were looking for a quiet getaway to do some songwriting, reading, and just chilling around the fire pit. This place was perfect. We had a tiny glitch with the lock at check-in, but it was resolved immediately. We would absolutely consider renting here again!”
