“The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Room was good, especially the suites (we booked both single queen and suite). Breakfast is good for someone used to Western breakfasts - there is enough Western food. Location is next to a bus terminal and next to the wholesale distribution district. Also convenient to all of the wood producing factories. This was very convenient for us as we were on a business trip to these places. Would definitely stay at Ramada Linyi on my next trip.”

“We book the hotel and selected to be paid via Expedia to avoid the FX issue , and we received the credit card message confirming the hotel rate was charged so we assume the payment was settled. The hotel staff charge the room rate again on the credit card deposit again when we checked out , where will had to call Expedia to confirm we are not being double charged. It turns out the first payment was a credit hold, the room rate has to be paid at the hotel , and the credit hold will be release……
