The communication between day and night shift staff at the front desk was not fluid, so I had to address the same issue twice and took long time.... my stay was split and had to move to different unit because of the availability. I would not recommend the studio unit for the price it charged. Poor internet connection”

“I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. “Excellent apartment in downtown Vancouver. Reading the other reviews knew that we would have to collect keys from nearby (300m) convenience store so just arranged for the taxi to stop there first. Well provisioned with tea and coffee and everything is there for those who want to use the kitchen and cook in. “We had a great stay at this high rise condo with amazing views and in a very convenient location . The communication with the host could have been better as the parking was a bit of a maze for us and we didn’t have answers to our parkade accessibility questions during our stay. ”

“The complex is under major renovation. There was no hot water available on my last morning. I’m sure that these issues are beyond the control of the host. “This loft was gorgeous and spacious—a perfect spot in downtown Vancouver. I hadn’t been to the city in years and was surprised by how much the homelessness and drug use has spread into Gastown. It’s something to be aware of, but truthfully, it’s a reality across much of Vancouver. That said, I’d absolutely stay here again. The space gave me so much inspiration for decorating my own place. It’s cozy, well-equipped, and beautifully styled. Only thing is the shower wasn’t working… ?? I’m sure this……

Good experience

"Great experience staying at this hotel for seven nights. There is enough space for two children to jump around. The factory building has an oven and microwave for simple cooking. The bathroom is tiled and very clean. There is also a swimming pool and sauna in the building, so you can relax after a day's journey. The location is very close to the city center and public transportation. The security is also very good. It is very close to Costco and supermarkets within walking distance. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend it to everyone."
