We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. “The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. We had a fantastic room with our own pool, even though we didn't use it, as we ventured to the roof top bar/pool area its was lovely having the outside space to relax in for our own purpose. “Recently stayed at the hai hotel, the location is unbeatable central to all bars, restaurants and beaches. The hotel staff are absolutely amazing! Nadia and narcisse were super helpful with anything we needed from booking taxis for us to recommending places to go. We will certainly be going back to stay there again! Check in and check out was also very easy even leaving in the early hours. Room was cleaned every day and fully stocked also. Loved it! Thank you ladies!”
