“This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at……

“The patio was as large as the apartment and a great view of the sea. The unit needs some work (bathroom smells) and the occasional bug will be seen but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Close to everything between two beaches and by great restaurants. ”

“Keys were not in the lock box when I arrived to check in. Customer phone number was not answered; I had to call their shuttle service number, which they answered promptly to speak with someone to resolve the missing keys problem.”

“We went to a karate competition for my son to compete and this apartment was excellent we could cook what he needed to eat, it was close to shops and the venue, this place was beautiful th decorating was so nice we loved it and so clean we will visit again thank you.”

“The apartment was very nice but after a long flight from USA a reroute to Paphos a bus ride back to Larnaca in the dark raining it was hard to find the right building. Instructions on how to find no 26 need to be clearer as the building has poor signage and we were frustrated and tired trying to find where to go. ”

“The staff was very welcoming and made a great start to our stay! We were kind of thrown off when we walked into our room and there was a very strong defuser type smell that was really overpowering. The smell even lingered on our clothes the day after we left. The room itself was nice and spacious but sadly the smell dampened our view on it…”

“These staff guys don’t know what they doing. They misguided the guests and they don’t even have proper communication between the staff. They make me to run through 4 public buildings to find my apartment and finally when found it was totally different than what was texted me. Unbelievably the shared bathroom toilet door can’t be closed from inside and no-one there to get addressed any problem. For noisy and non-working air-con I don’t complain because property was cheap”

“This booking was an absolute DISASTER, we contacted the manager 3 days out asking for check in earlier than 1500, they said it was alright, apon arriving, they had changed their answer and said we couldn't check in until 1500 again, then shortly after that with much dead ended communication responded that we may check in. the code provided for the key box was the wrong code for every keybox on the premises, we notified the manager and they sent us a YouTube video giving us directions to another……

“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”
