The hotel is exquisitely decorated, the rooms are large, comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms. The breakfasts are wonderful and the breakfast room is so pleasant, even has balcony tables.
The staff is the real jewel of this place. They are pleasant, attentive and even serve you beverages while you register. They help with everything you need such as reservations for restaurants and tours as well as helping with early morning taxis. They know their city and can tell you how to get anything you need from pharmacies to souvenirs. Ritu and our bellman whose name escapes me helped us with early breakfast before our very early flight. We really appreciated him and are so embarrassed we cannot remember his name.
The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants but very little to see. There are good metro connections, lots of buses but we used Uber and taxis.
Very easy to find grocerystore is a block away from the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks.
It can be a bit noisy at night as it is a major street.
