Unacceptable hotel manner
Everything is good, except they didn't want to offer us free water on second day.
As we did have one big bottle was free on our first day of arrival, just thought we would have another onr on second night. So we didn't buy any gor outside. The minbar for a water very tiny bottle is 3.5€, which is not a money issue, they sould alrrt us on first day in order to force us to take water from mini bar. Then we go down to reception for requesting, they did cfm us to offer free water finally, but didn't bring it to our room for more than 30 min. We have to go down reception again, and request to take it ourselves. They said they did deliver to wrong room number. It is unacceptable and ridiculous. This kind of service is really awful.
