El servicio de todo el staff fue excelente, todos muy amables, siempre dispuestos a apoyar y a que nuestra estancia fuera memorable. Desde que llegamos te reciben con agua y fruta en la recepción, y llegando a la habitación una tarjeta y un brownie delicioso de bienvenida. Los buffets de desayuno excelentes, muy completos, el único hotel donde podíamos pedir huevos u omelettes al gusto, muy variado y completo. La habitación limpia, cómoda y todo funcionaba bien. Una estancia de tres noches y dos días inolvidable. Gracias a cada uno del staff por su hospitalidad y excelente actitud.

Hotel Moon & Sun is small bouquet hotel that has been completely renovated. Rooms are beautiful and staff was great. Location is excellent with good restaurants and shopping in the area. Overall an excellent value in Lisbon. Breakfast was excellent.

This is a very comfortable and centrally located boutique hotel. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The local area around the hotel itself is a little run down but feels safe. Anyway it is not hard to walk to other parts of the city of you don't mind walking up hills!

We stayed a single night as we were transiting via Lisbon. Location, amenities, food, drinks etc were all excellent. What really stood out to us was the service- Fransisco, Joao and Georgina went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We will be back to explore Lisbon and hope to stay here again.

On arrival, we were greeted with friendly staff and a complimentary drink. They took our luggage to our room while we had our drink. There was a delicious dessert in our room when we arrived. The room was perfect! Super comfy beds and linens, tea and Nespresso’s, fantastic view from balcony. Our water had been turned off by the city for 8 hours the next day which was very unfortunate. The manager and staff stepped up and took great care of us! If you are looking for a place to stay in Lisboa, this is it!!
