The place does not have an elevator, so it was really difficult to get my suitcases up and down all of the stairs even into the lobby. They also kept the glass doors closed leading out of the lobby into the building, which I had to squeeze my suitcases through as well multiple times. The breakfast buffet was not good. I would not recommend. The hotel and the surrounding area is a bit smelly. My room and bathroom was very clean, but there is no air-conditioning just a fan.

Das Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück okay, von der Lage her alles gut zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Tage gesehen, alles sehr "minimalistisch". Das eigene Bad war extrem schmutzig und schimmlig. Ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen bzgl. Sauberkeit nicht nachvollziehen.

This was the perfect place to stay in Lisboa!!! We were walking distance from the majority of the activities and dinners we had planned. The staff were nice and friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again when we return!

Die Lage ist super, der Service war auch sehr gut. Leider ist das Frühstück nicht so besonders gewesen, da die Auswahl sehr gering ist. Kein Huhn, kein Pute, kein Lachs, kein Frisch Käse, wenig Brotauswahl, keine gekochte Eier. Die Tomaten und die Gurken sahen nicht besonders frisch aus.

Great location, big room, handy luggage check. The bathroom had a couple of minor issues (toilet seat wrong size, shower door got stuck as you closed it) but we didn’t raise these as they didn’t impact our stay. Bed was big and comfy, house keeping were great. Surprisingly quiet for the city centre. Couldn’t ask for more.

Lovely place to stay. Clean, great location and room was really spacious. Only negative is the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We asked for a change of pillow after second night but it didn’t make a difference. Investing in better mattress and pillow would have made this stay perfect.
