Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt um fussläufig vieles zu erkunden. Leider hatten wir ein Apartment das zur Straße raus lag. Unter uns der Eingang, gegenüber die Mülltonnen der ganzen Straße. Die Tonnen sowie die leeren Flaschen wurden JEDEN Morgen in mehreren Fuhren abgeholt, ab ca. 06:30. Es war wirklich sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Das war sehr schade. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und bekamen Pakete. Das hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings könnte vielleicht etwas Abwechslung bei Wurst und Käse sein. Trotzdem ist das Haus wirklich zu empfehlen.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern für ein paar Tage in Lissabon. Unsere Unterkunft war ausreichend groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir konnten von dort aus alle Stadtteile sehr gut erreichen. Bäckereien und Restaurants waren in der Umgebung gut zu erreichen. Wir kamen am Anreisetag spät an der Unterkunft an, der Checkin lief komplett digital ab und war absolut problemlos. Wir hatten über die App ein Taxi gebucht was am Abend der Ankunft leider nicht am Flughafen auf uns wartete. Haben dann ein Uber genommen was günstiger war und sehr gut klappte. Die Wohnung war sauber, allerdings gab es ein paar Stellen an denen Schimmel war, insbesondere im Bad. Dadurch roch es etwas muffig. Wir würden die Unterkunft erneut für ein paar Tage Lissabon wählen.

I would recommend this property to everyone. It was very clean welcoming. They left us a little welcome gift. There was a little patio so my husband could smoke. It was a really nice size that had two bathrooms and all the amenities close to everything. The staff was really nice. We needed a Plug for our cell phones and they provided that whenever we need the taxi, they would call one love the area. We will stay there again.

Location, location, location. We unfortunately did not get a terrace with an amazing city view, but the apt was very clean and comfortable, and in just the perfect location. The pull out couch is a bit sparce for adults, but we managed and would not deduct stars for that, because everything else about this place is pretty great. The breakfast box is a nice touch (fresh fruit, meats, pastry, juice & coffee pod). We had a little trouble with the elevator one time, but being able bodies, we were fine taking the stairs. The gentleman who ran the front desk was kind and attentive. We would stay here again.

However, the exact apartment or room photos were not available at the time of booking. The only way to determine the specifics is upon check-in, so it is advisable to reach out to the property directly after making a reservation. If you're assigned to higher floors, you will be treated to a stunning city view. For stays longer than three days, I recommend opting for the full cleaning service, as the basic cleaning only provides new towels without changing the bed linens.

Beds were very uncomfortable, no door knob in bathroom for a family that’s just no good. Service came and interrupted to take pictures of missing door knob but it remained missing the entire stay. Check in was confusing, locker space for luggage is minimal.
