Location is recommend

The staff is kind and helpful. And location is very good, nearby has tram 28 bus station However the hotel facilities are old and heater temperatures was not enough, room was cold in winter. For the price and location are quite okay, but room clean is not good enough.

The only advantage is its location. Very close to the metro station and at walking distance to the city center. I would not recomment for a stay of over 2 days. I did not find it convenient for families.

It is a very clean property close to metro station, and not far to walk to central either. Nice balcony and the toilet was always clean.

We really enjoyed the authenticity of the neighborhood that offered some great options for eating and drinking, as well as a break from the tourism parade closer to the waterfront. The walk to the centro neighborhoods is quick and easy, and there is a metro stop only a block from the hotel that can get you downtown, or even the airport easily. Our room was clean and comfortable. The communal kitchen is also practical for keeping and preparing food.

the people were nice, but there was only hot water one night for a short time. The a/c unit was a stand alone with no outlet for the hot air so it created heat towards the floor while up above was maybe cooler. As it was hot out, our room was hotter. The locks on door did not feel adequate. It was loud but i expected that.

The space was clean. I did like the towels. They were hard. They need to invest in new towels. My stay otherwise was pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Das heiße Wasser kam kurz, nach langem laufenlassen. Es war wieder lange kalt danach. Die Küche hatte keine Türe. Die Gäste sprachen laut bis zum morgens um eins. Um 7 waren die ersten Gäste laut. Das Flurlicht sollte auch ein Bewegungsmelder haben, damit das Licht nicht unterm Türschlitz des Zimmers 40x hell erleuchtet. Die Flurtoilette hatte auch eine Abluft. Es brummte bis zu 1 Stunde. Wir machten einmal aus, ups, es saß einer so lange drin. Was wir erniedrigt fanden, war dass die Zimmermädchen die Toilettenpapiere, die nicht in die WCs geworfen werden können, wegen alte Leitungen, die Papiere fortschmeissen müssen. Wir haben separat kleine undurchsichtige Tüten gekauft und so unseren Dreck nicht direkt fortschmeissen müssen. Das fand ich eine bessere Lösung und wurde jeden Tag zugeknotet zur Abholung in dem Badezimmer-Abfalleimer beigelegt. Wir wollten es billig haben. Es war kein Luxus. Wir waren eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Für junge Menschen die Basis wieder kennen lernen, tut auch gut. Nicht immer alles feudal in Anspruch nehmen. Wir hatten ein Badezimmer im Zimmer.

A sra da recepção muito gentil e educada,assim como as raparigas da limpeza. Entrada do prédio deixa a desejar mas assim que se entra a sensação muda completamente. Limpeza impecável!!! Quarto simples mas essencial. A disposição frigorífico e cozinha com microondas, torradeira e fervedor. Muito útil elevador.

I just want to make it clear that this place is a hostel/hotel although we did have a private bathroom the rooms were very small but good since we only stayed a night, the staff were very kind. When you enter you must take the elevator or stairs to the first floor and that is where you'll find the hotel/hostel, it's confusing at first. Overall good stay if ur on a budget, the door knob had problems closing but we ended up figuring it out.

Great value for money

This is a budget accommodation where for a reasonable price you can get a room with private bathroom; therefore, expect a far from spotless decoration, wonky bits and dodgy appliances. That said, the room I had was spacious and bright, with plenty of storage space, a really large bathroom and a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, overlooking a nice and quiet square. Beds are comfortable. Spare blankets and pillows are provided. Rooms are cleaned and tidied every day. Reception is open 24/7 and they can speak English. Good wi fi. Should you need it, there is a fridge on each floor and a communal kitchen on the 4th. Metro, bus and tram stops are within no more than 2 minutes walking. Lidl and Auchan supermarkets, grocery and fruit and veg stores, plenty of eateries, cafes and restaurants specialising in any kind of cuisine, including vegetarian and vegan, are in a radius of less than 10 minutes. As in any other European city, there is a fair share of destitute and homeless people around but I have never been bothered. Oh, and I found the old fashion lift rather cool.

Vétusté +++, inconfort +++ de la literie, désagréments sonores entre le chantier juste à côté et les fenêtres qui n'isolent ni du froid ni du bruit, une douche un coup brûlante un coup gelée, les bords de fenêtrs rafistolées avec du scotch.... Tout ça parmi le reste pour le prix ... Franchement c'est bien cher payé ! Je ne peux malheureusement pas ajouter les photos que j'ai prise... Heureusement que nous n'y passions qu'une seule nuit car plus, c'est se ruiner le séjour à Lisbonne.
